Estero Music Boosters
Estero HS Music Program Graduating Seniors 2010
Please join the Estero faculty and parents in congratulating our wonderful Seniors who graduated on Saturday, June 12 at Germain Arena.
These seniors have been an important part of the Estero Music Family: Estero Wildcats Marching Band, Jazz Band, Wind Ensemble, Choir, Guard, and Orchestra.
We wish each of our students much success and the best of luck for the future down whatever road he or she travels.
Congratulations to the Graduating Class of 2010 and their families. Thanks for a great year, and remember to visit!
The EHS Music Boosters organization seeks to support all aspects of the music program at Estero High School: Marching Band, Concert Band, Orchestra, Chorus, Ensembles, JazzCats, Color Guard, and Percussion are all included. One is not more important than another. Here are some of the many activities of the Estero HS Music Boosters organization: Supporting the band by encouraging families to attend events.
- Communications. We try to keep parents informed about band and booster activities.
- Food. We provide snacks, drinks, and meals for the band on many, many occasions.
- Fundraising. An active, high quality music program is expensive. We raise money to help pay expenses and keep student costs low
- Sewing. Band and color guard uniforms, as well as concert band tuxes & dresses, need to be fitted! (and repaired, etc.).
- More sewing. All of the color guard flags must be sewn and mounted on poles.
- Engineering. We build props for competitions, and make repairs where needed.
- Acknowledging the hard work of the band staff.
- We help make band travel arrangements (bus, hotel, etc.).
- We provide directions so families can attend competitions. We also help arrange chaperones for these trips.
- Photos. We collect and display band photos on our website.
